Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your credit card information is processed on our secure server and you information is deleted from our systems after 30 days. On specific orders that ship to an address other than the credit card billing address we may require authorization from the credit card company provided by the cardholder.
Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated by zone. Costs are displayed by entering an order, after name & address before payment information. Shipping time 1-10 days. Upgraded shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) usually ships as ordered.
Please note the upgraded shipping is shipping method only, and does not guarantee arrival within that time frame and does not apply to Free Shipping items.
Sorry, we can only ship within the 48 Continental United States. We can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
Returns: Returns are accepted with proper authorization. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. The request must be done via e-mail at Dmart2000@Gmail.com. Returns and refusals, other than defectives are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Items returned which are sold as Free Shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee and our actual shipping costs. Returns must have the original order number on the outside of the carton to be accepted. All contents and original packaging must be included and intact.
No returns on furniture, portable air conditioners and fitness equipment. If any of these items are received either defective or damaged we will either replace the part or item at no cost to you.
No refunds or credits on shipping charges.
Unauthorized returns without a RMA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective Returns: Defective returns are accepted with proper authorization. We will exchange or refund (refunds are subject to 15% restocking charge) defective items within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. After 7 days merchandise is covered by manufacture's warranty.
